# Infinity Troubleshooting

### ❌ **No Black Box Top Left / No Menu Visible / White Screen**

* Install **all C++ Redistributable Packages**.
* Install the latest **DirectX Drivers**.
* Make sure the game is **not in Fullscreen Exclusive mode**.
* Close and disable **all overlays**:
  * Nvidia / AMD
  * Discord
  * Xbox Game Bar
* Close **Wallpaper Engine**. If problems persist, uninstall it completely.
* Confirm **injection success** for both blocker and cheat driver.

### 🟨 **Lagging ESP (Visual Lag / Delays)**

* Turn **off Xbox Game Mode** in Windows Settings.
* Lower your **in-game graphics settings** for better performance.
* Fully close or uninstall **Wallpaper Engine** processes.
* Disable **GPU Hardware Acceleration** in apps that support it.
* Disable **all overlays** (NVIDIA, AMD, Discord, Xbox).
* Turn **off G-SYNC** and **V-SYNC** wherever possible.
* Avoid running **high-resource applications** simultaneously.

### 🟥 **Failed to Compile Loader**

* Change the **Loader’s filename** to something else.
* Move the Loader to different **folders or drives**.
* If issues persist, **open a ticket on our Discord** for support.

### 🟩 **Driver Status: 0x1**

* Check if **Memory Integrity** is disabled.
* Check that **Vulnerable Driver Blocklist** is disabled.
* Confirm **TPM and Secure Boot** are turned off in BIOS.
* Ensure **all Anti-Cheat software** is disabled.
* Verify **all antivirus software** is disabled or uninstalled.
* Make sure **Windows Defender / Real-Time Protection** is turned off.

### 🟦 **Driver Status: 0x4**

* Ensure **Virtualization Based Security (VBS)** is turned **off**.
* If error persists, please **open a ticket in our Discord**.

### 🟪 **Stuck at “Scanning for Game Platform…”**

* This usually happens if the game was **closed during the injection process**.
* Make sure you have selected **any Game Mode** and are **not in HQ mode**.
* Use the following hotkeys **manually** to select your game platform:
  * **F8** for Battle.net
  * **F9** for Steam
  * **F10** for Xbox

### 🟧 **Visuals / ESP Misplaced**

1. **Right-click** on your desktop background.
2. Select **Display settings**.
3. Scroll to **Scale and layout**.
4. Under **Scale**, choose **100% (Recommended)**.
5. Changes apply automatically. If prompted, **sign out and sign back in**.

### 🟩 Loader Crashing Fixes

* \
  Use a **VPN** (ProtonVPN or Windscribe are free).
* Sync your **Date & Time** settings.
* Try a **different network**.
* Re-download the file.
* Restart your PC.
